We were invited for lunch
Mubarak sacrificed a goat the day before we arrived, and after cooking it underground overnight, we sat to eat on our way to the desert.
There is no cutlery. Mubarak rips the leg off the goat and passes it to us. We tear the meat from the bone, and eat with our hands. It is delicious.
